Our Scottish Go Ape locations give you the very best this country has to offer. Be prepared for tree tops views of the Scottish Highlands, mountains, loch and the sea. It’s also home to two of the longest Go Ape zips in the UK and there’s even a gorge crossing zip.
Aberdeen
Go Ape Aberdeen is in the heart of Aberdeenshire. The stunning landscape offers you everything from mountain to sea and against a backdrop which delivers big. (We’ve gone big too on this Treetop Challenge).
In the grounds of this 16th century castle we’ll take you deep into the forest. This course will push you as you navigate your way from tree to tree. The longest zip is a wind-rushing 125 metres and look out for the hair-raising skateboard zip line.
Aberfoyle
Go Ape Aberfoyle is one of the best high rope courses in Scotland! Home to two of the longest zips in the UK, where you will fly the distance of around four football pitches (over 400 metres!) at heights of up to 46 metres!
Together with a food option and just an hour from Glasgow, Aberfoyle is the perfect start to your stag adventure. Located in the picturesque Trossachs National Park, you can expect incredible natural surrounds at this Go Ape location.
With a stunning backdrop of mountain and moorland, forest and woodland, rivers and lochs – this dual course really is zip wire heaven!
The start of our Treetop Challenge packs a punch with a colossal 323-metre zip thrill before you’ve even tackled the high-rise challenges. Your reward? A whopping 45-metre-high, 426-metre-long flight back down to earth.
Glentress Forest, Peebles
Bring your head for heights and a love for speed; this Go Ape course in Glentress Forest is definitely one for the adventure seekers. The dramatic Scottish scenery is the perfect backdrop to this dramatically challenging course with a 325-metre-long zip wire across a valley that’s a whopping 160ft high! See the adventure unfurl while you traverse the huge Douglas fir trees and zip over the mountain bike trails and open water..
