Splendid Gentlemen like to do things a little differently. We share the same distaste for the matching suits, singing Celebrate Good Times, cheesy Wedding Band that puts you off even entertaining having a band at your wedding.We appreciate the subtle difference between, “Wedding Band” and “A Band that Plays Weddings”, which is why we have a setlist full of all the songs you thought you could never have at your wedding.
For the last 10 years we have been traveling across the country in our trusty van, Dudley Deathtrap II, playing over 100 weddings a year, and bringing our personal take on what we believe a wedding band could be.
We don’t like to brag, but, but we do have the odd award too. We won the first ever Confetti Award, not even knowing what it was, and have been nominated every year it’s been running apart from one.
